I’m Stephanie Greunke, a registered dietitian, a certified personal trainer, and a mama of two boys who “gets it” when it comes to motherhood. I’m certified in maternal mental health (PMH-C), and am so passionate about helping mamas prepare for this incredibly life-changing transition. As someone who experienced postpartum anxiety with my first, I know how hard it can be to find a community of moms that "get you" and have your back. After my postpartum experience, I made a promise to myself that I'd do my part to help as many moms as possible move through this transition as smoothly as possible. I've spent over two years creating this program with you in mind; A mom who wants to have more tools and resources to take back control over her health and feel embraced by a supportive community while doing it.
